NEEDS:

QB:  The Browns have NOT had a true franchise QB since Bernie Kosar in the 1980's!!!!!!
Edge Rusher: The Browns will almost certainly take Myles Garrett with the #1 pick this year. It will give new DC Gregg Williams the impact pass rusher that he needs. He got the best out of Robert Quinn with the Rams and should do the same with Garrett.
Safeties: The current duo is below average
CB Depth: They want a big corner to help out Haden and Taylor, both of whom are under 6 foot
RB: Are they really sold on the Johnson and Crowell duo?

NEEDS:

QB: Brain Hoyer is not the long term answer at QB. He is there because he is a solid veteran presence that understands Kyle Shanahan's system. However the 49ers are in need of a true franchise QB and face of the franchise. Will they take one this year or wait to next year's draft? The Kirk Cousins rumors were big a few months ago but they have seemed to die down.
Impact DB: They have some solid safeties but they lack a true shutdown corner. Is Ward going to start at corner or FS?  They have a lot of questions in the secondary
WR: Garcon gives them a sure handed receiver and great veteran presence in the locker room. However, they still need a young #1.
RB: Hyde has been very injury prone and will be a free agent next year
LB Depth: They need more speed at the position

NEEDS:

DB Depth: The Bears secondary needs a ball hawk at both FS and CB as they were dead last in takeaways with only 11 interceptions and 3 fumble recoveries.
OT:  The interior line is the best in the league but Massie and Leno Jr. could be upgraded.
QB: They overpaid Mike Glennon, however they may still draft a QB in the first four rounds
#1 Pass Catcher: This is a make or break year for Kevin White and Zach Miller will be a free agent after next year. They have no proven go to receiver.

RB:
TJ Yeldon-Young/2015 2nd RD
Chris IvoryAverage/New

NEEDS:

O-Line Depth:  Linder was great in his first year at center and Albert is a good starting LT as long as he stays healthy. However, the rest of the line is average at best. If they take a RB in the first it would be smart to add some extra big bodies to the O-Line in the later rounds.
RB: Marrone and Hackett want to run the ball more to take the pressure off of Bortles. Yeldon and Ivory didn't even COMBINE for 1000 rushing yards last year. Many speculate the Jags will take a RB in the first round.
TE: The TE class in this draft is loaded and the Jags just let go of Julius Thomas.
WR Depth: Both Robinson and Lee are free agents after next season.
