This year’s free agent class is not as top heavy as year’s past but it is very deep. Only a few teams are under the salary cap . These teams include the Detroit Pistons, New York Knicks, Indiana Pacers, San Antonio Spurs and Orlando Magic. Some will go after other free agents while others will spend their time, efforts and money on retaining their own free agents.
