This year’s free agent class is not as top heavy as year’s past but it is very deep. Only a few teams are under the salary cap . The Houston Rockets, Utah Jazz and San Antonio Spurs are the only teams that can afford one max guy or multiple starters. Other teams with cap space more than the Mid-Level Exception include the Indiana Pacers, Detroit Pistons, Sacramento Kings, Oklahoma City Thunder and Orlando Magic.
