Day Two Mock Draft

SECOND ROUND

33. TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS
Boye Mafe-EDGE-Minnesota Value near EVEN
6'4"/261/4.53/38.0 vert
NFL Comp: Chandler Jones/Dante Fowler

Mafe is athletic freak that has risen up draft boards. He has the size and length to play outside backer in the Tampa defense, he is also strong enough to play base end
.

34. MINNESOTA VIKINGS
Bernhard Raimann-OT-Cent Michigan Value +5
6'6"/303/80.18
NFL Comp: Joe Staley/Jason Spriggs

The Vikings could used depth all across the line and Raimann has the size and skill set to play either tackle spot or kick inside to guard. The Austrian import played high school and college in the state of Michigan so he will be happy to stay in the Midwest.

35. TENNESSEE TITANS
Andrew Booth-CB-Clemson    Value +9
6’0”/194
NFL Comparison: Marlon Humphrey/Darius Slay

The Titans continue to rebuild their secondary. Booth is a big corner that plays physical football that Head Coach Mike Vrabel loves.

36. NEW YORK GIANTS
Nakobe Dean-LB-Georgia Value +15
6'0"/229
NFL Comp: Jonathan Vilma/Eric Kendricks

This would be another homerun pick for the Giants as Dean is the best player available and would be an instant upgrade over Tae Crowder at weakside linebacker.

37. HOUSTON TEXANS
Arnold Ebiketie-EDGE-Penn St   Value near EVEN
6'4"/250/81.75/21 reps
NFL Comparison: Mario Addison

After 3 years at Temple, Ebiketie transferred to Penn State where he had 9.5 sacks and 18 tackles for loss. The Texans need a ton of pass rush help

38. NEW YORK JETS
Via Carolina
Jaquan Brisker-S-Penn St.   Value EVEN
6'1"/198/4.49
NFL Comparison: Reggie Nelson
Brisker is a great all-around safety that can be used in a variety of ways. The Jets have two great pieces to build their secondary with Brisker and Sauce Gardner.

39. CHICAGO BEARS (6-11)
Daniel Faalele-RT-Minnesota Value -12
6'8"/384/24 reps/85.18
NFL Comp: Trent Brown

The Bears need to protect Justin Fields. Faalele is a mountain of a man that would be an ideal fit at right tackle.

40. SEATTLE SEAHAWKS
Via Denver
Malik Willis-QB-Liberty   Value +21
6’2”/219
NFL Comp: Kordell Stewart/Robert Griffin III

Seattle gets a steal here. Willis reminds me of Kordell Stewart coming out of Colorado. Had Stewart played in today’s league, he would have been a top ten pick. Willis has great athletic ability and throws a great deep ball. He will need to improve as a precision passer though

41. SEATTLE SEAHAWKS
David Ojabo-EDGE-Michigan Value +8
6'4"/250/80.68
NFL Comparison: Whitney Mercilus

The rebuilding Seahawks can afford to be patient with Ojabo as he recovers from a major injury. Ojabo was a projected top 10 pick before the injury

42. INDIANAPOLIS COLTS (9-8)
Via Washington
Desmond Ridder-QB-Cincinnati    Value +5
6-3/211/4.52
NFL Comp: Tyrod Taylor/Geno Smith

The Colts need an eventual successor to newly acquired QB Matt Ryan. This would be an ideal spot for Ridder who has a lot of talent but is not yet NFL ready.

43. ATLANTA FALCONS
Matt Corral-QB-Ole Miss   Value +11
6’2”/212
NFL Comp: Baker Mayfield/Case Keenum

Corral is a very competitive signal caller that is underrated as an athlete. He has a very nice arm and has played in a lot of big SEC games.

44. CLEVELAND BROWNS (8-9)
Travis Jones-DL3T/1T-UConn  Value -2
6'4"/325
NFL Comp: Muhammad Wilkerson

The Browns need some help on the interior of the defense in order to take the pressure off All Pro Myles Garrett.

45. BALTIMORE RAVENS
Skyy Moore-WR-Western Michigan   Value EVEN
5'10"/195/4.41
NFL Comp: Randall Cobb
95 receptions
1302 total yards
10 TD

The Ravens replace Hollywood Brown with another speedy, dynamic wideout.

46. DETROIT LIONS
Sam Howell-QB-UNC
6-1/218
NFL Comp:  Rex Grossman/Jimmy Clausen

The Lions still get a solid QB in the middle of the second round. Howell was great as a freshman but has kind of fizzled out as a prospect. He still could end up being a long-term starter like Grossman but he lacks the upside of the other QBs in the draft class.

47. WASHINGTON COMMANDERS
Via Indianapolis
Kyler Gordon-CB-Washington Value +8
5'10"/201/4.52
NFL Comp: Desmond King

Gordon leaves Washington state for Washington DC and the Commanders get a physical corner to help upgrade a very average secondary

48. CHICAGO BEARS
Via San Diego
Roger McCreary-CB-Auburn  Value +8
5'10"/190/4.50
NFL Comp: Darqueze Dennard

Chicago fills their biggest need with the versatile corner from Auburn

49. NEW ORLEANS SAINTS
Jalen Pitre-S-Baylor  Value +2
5'11"/192
NFL Comp: Justin Simmons

After double dipping on offense in the first round, the Saints go with the best defender on the board. The run-on defensive backs continues.

50. KANSAS CITY CHIEFS
Via Miami
Christian Watson-WR-N Dakota St Value -2
6'4"/208/4.36/19 reps
NFL Comp: Javon Walker
43 receptions
914 total yards
8 TD

The Chiefs give Patrick Mahomes a big target.

51. PHILADELPHIA EAGLES
Breece Hall-RB-Iowa St       Value +10
6'0"/217/4.39/40.0 vert
NFL Comp: Le’Veon Bell

The first running back goes off the board as the Eagles to another back to help out Myles Sanders. Hall has a great combo of size and athletic ability similar to LeVeon Bell in this prime.

52. PITTSBURGH STEELERS
Darian Kinard-RT/G-Kentucky  Value -2
6'5"/328/83.28
NFL Comp: Mike Iupati

Kinard is physical blocker that can come in a challenge for a starting job at tackle or guard.

53. GREEN BAY PACKERS
Via Las Vegas
George Pickens-WR-Georgia   Value +2
6'3"/195/4.47
NFL Comparison: Corey Davis

Aaron Rodgers get a big play wideout to help fill the void left by Devante Adams.

54. NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS
Drake Jackson-EDGE-Iowa St       Value near EVEN
6'3"/254
NFL Comp: Harold Landry

Jackson is a versatile edge defender that can rush the passer and is also solid against the run.

55. ARIZONA CARDINALS
Perrion Winfrey-DL3T-Oklahoma     Value -3
6'4"/290
NFL Comp: Adam Gotsis

The Cards get JJ Watt more help on the line

56. DALLAS COWBOYS
Logan Hall-DL5T/LDE-Houston Value +3
6'6"/283
NFL Comp: Henry Anderson

Hall is a versatile lineman that fits best as a base end in a 4-3.

57. BUFFALO BILLS
Chad Muma-LB-Wyoming    Value -2
6-3/242/4.63
NFL Comparison: Josh Bynes

The Bills add a versatile linebacker that is good in coverage and good in pass rush.

58. ATLANTA FALCONS
Via Tennessee
Sam Williams-EDGE-Ole Miss Value -9
6'4"/261/4.46
NFL Comp: Bud Dupree

Atlanta was dead last in the league in sacks in 2021. Williams had a breakout year in 2021 going for 12.5 sacks and 15 tackles for loss.

59. GREEN BAY PACKERS
Nicholas Petit Frere-RT/G-Ohio St  Value -17
6'5"/316/81.68
NFL Comp: Bobby Massie

The Packers need to do a better job protecting Rodgers. NPF is a big lineman that has a ton of big game experience. This may be a slight reach but NPF is the only lineman that has experience playing left tackle at a high level.

60. TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS
Tre McBride-TE-Colorado St  Value +10
6'4"/246/18 reps
NFL Comp: Brent Celek
86 receptions
1017 total yards
1 TD

There is no guarantee that Gronk will be back in Tampa. McBride is the clear cut best tight end in the draft class

61. SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS (10-7)
Kenneth Walker-RB-Michigan St  Value +17
5'10"/211/4.38
NFL Comp: Joseph Addai

Deebo Samuel was relied on too much as a primary running back. Walkers speed and cutting ability fit the 49ers system.

62. KANSAS CITY CHIEFS
Nik Bonitto-EDGE-Oklahoma     Value +6
6'3"/248
NFL Comp: Dee Ford

Bonitto had a 90.5 grade according to PFF and averaged 8 sacks the past two seasons.

63. CINCINNATI BENGALS
Luke Goedeke-RT/G-Central Michigan Value -12
6'5"/312/21 reps
NFL Comp:  Riley Reiff

The Bengals must continue to put bodies around Joe Burrow. Goedeke has risen up in the pre-draft process with his skill set and versatility.

64. DENVER BRONCOS (7-10) Via LA Rams
Dylan Parham-LG/C-Memphis Value +2
6'3"/311/78.78
NFL Comp: Chase Roullier

The Broncos give new QB Russell Wilson some help on the O-Line.
