Franchise QB: After having arguably the greatest season by a QB in college football history, Joe Burrow is set to be the clear #1 pick in the 2020 draft. The Bengals will hope the Ohio native can take them to the playoffs within 4 years 
WR: Both AJ Green and John Ross will be free agents in 2021 and they need to give Burrow young receivers to grow with him
O-Line: They were among the worst in the league again last year. They must protect the new young QB or he will be doomed to be another David Carr  
Impact LB: The trio is among the worst in the league of all 4-3 teams. Josh Bynes will help but they must get a playmaker somewhere in the draft
DB: William Jackson regressed and will be a free agent in 2021

D-Line: Olivier Vernon, Larry Ogunjobi and Andrew Billings will all be free agents in 2021 
Impact LB: Mack Wilson and Sione Takitaki both struggled as rookies and newly acquired BJ Goodson is average at best 
DB Depth: Denzel Ward is the only proven stud in the secondary

NBA Off-season Winners and Losers

So the NBA off-season is pretty much over. The draft, the major trades, and of course Free Agency have all came and went. Some Free Agents such as David Lee, Ray Felton, Allen Iverson, Ramon Sessions, Nate Robinson, Linas Kleiza, and Big Baby Davis are still unsigned. Pretty much all of these players have been rumored to go overseas mainly to Olympiakos, and it looks like Kleiza is really close to signing with the Greek club. Also, two of those players, Lee and Robinson are on the Knicks. The Knicks are said to be interested in Sessions and Felton but both are still Free Agents as of today. So with all of this, I present my 2009 NBA off-season Winners and Losers WINNERS: Los Angeles Lakers -The defending champs were able to re-sign Lamar Odom and get Ron Artest for the Mid-Level Exception.
