2017 NFL Draft Recap/New Depth Charts: REBUILDING TEAMS

Instead of doing pointless "draft grades" I just plugged in key draft picks to see how they fit on their new team

Here is my color code:

Has a good chance to be a starter by next season
Quality depth
Need not addressed in the draft

REBUILDING TEAMS

Vegas odds project them to win 6.0 games or less
All of these teams either have at least one of the following:
-A rookie QB
-A 2nd year QB
-A new Head Coach

JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS
Head Coach/Executive VP of Football Operations/GM:
Doug Marrone (new)/Tom Coughlin (new)/David Caldwell
Offensive Coordinator/Style/Blocking Scheme:
Nathaniel Hackett (new)/West Coast Balanced/Stretch Zone
Defensive Coordinator/Style: Todd Wash/4-3 Zone
TEAM RANKING
OVERALL       RUSHING       PASSING
Offense 23rd   101.9 (22nd)    233.0 (20th)
Defense 6th    106.4 (19th)     215.2 (5th)
Emerging Offensive Stars: Allen Robinson-WR and Brandon Linder-C
Defensive Stars: Calais Campbell-DE, Malik Jackson-DE/DT, Jalen Ramsey-CB and AJ Bouye-CB

O-LINE (22)
C: Brandon Linder-Very Good/Near Elite
LT: Branden Albert-New/Good when healthy
RG: AJ Cann-Young 2015 3rd RD/Average
RT: Jeremy Parnell-Average
LG: Patrick Omameh-Average at best
G: Earl Watford-New/Average
Cam Robinson-OT
RB:
TJ Yeldon-Young/2015 2nd RD
Chris IvoryAverage/New
Leonard Fournette

NEEDS:

O-Line Depth:  Linder was great in his first year at center and Albert is a good starting LT as long as he stays healthy. However, the rest of the line is average at best. If they take a RB in the first it would be smart to add some extra big bodies to the O-Line in the later rounds.
RB: Marrone and Hackett want to run the ball more to take the pressure off of Bortles. Yeldon and Ivory didn't even COMBINE for 1000 rushing yards last year. Many speculate the Jags will take a RB in the first round.
TE: The TE class in this draft is loaded and the Jags just let go of Julius Thomas.
WR Depth: Both Robinson and Lee are free agents after next season.

NEEDS:

#1 WR:  The Rams have a bunch of below average players and lack a true go to guy. It will be hard for Goff to develop without a true #1 option.
DB Depth: They lost Janoris Jenkins and Rodney McLeod in Free Agency last year and let TJ McDonald walk this year. Will they move Joyner to safety? He has been one of the best slot corners in the NFL. They could use a versatile young DB.
5 Technique DE: New DC Wade Phillips will want to find a long defensive lineman in the Derek Wolfe/Malik Jackson mold that he had in Denver

NEEDS:

QB: No Jet fan can be too happy about the McCown/Hackenberg/Petty QB battle
CB: No more Revis Island as they let Revis go this offseason. It was a smart move as he is no longer the superstar he once was. However they don't have an impact #1 corner on the roster.
Edge Pass Rusher:  If the Jets can generate pressure from the outside then they have a chance to be among the best defenses in the NFL. Richardson is likely on the way out after 2017.
OT:  They need upgrades at both tackle spots
WR: Brandon Marshall is now in the other locker room in MetLife Stadium as he signed with the Giants. Decker may be released or traded around draft time so they need another WR to step up.

NEEDS:

QB: Brain Hoyer is not the long term answer at QB. He is there because he is a solid veteran presence that understands Kyle Shanahan's system. However the 49ers are in need of a true franchise QB and face of the franchise. Will they take one this year or wait to next year's draft? The Kirk Cousins rumors were big a few months ago but they have seemed to die down.
Impact DB: They have some solid safeties but they lack a true shutdown corner. Is Ward going to start at corner or FS?  They have a lot of questions in the secondary
WR: Garcon gives them a sure handed receiver and great veteran presence in the locker room. However, they still need a young #1.
RB: Hyde has been very injury prone and will be a free agent next year
LB Depth: They need more speed at the position
