NEEDS:
WR: Mike Wallace had a nice year and really clicked with Joe Flacco. However, Breshad Perriman hasn't lived up to a first round pick and they need a true #1 WR.
Pass Rusher: They need to add a young pass rusher to the mix. Suggs is still good, but is now 34. They let go of Elvis Dumervil to save money.
D-Line: Williams is a beast in the middle yet the other two DE spots are up for grabs between unproven players.
RB: They can't believe that West is the long term answer here

NEEDS:
D-Line:  Chris Baker was the only reliable starter on the defensive line and they let him leave via free agency. They were horrible against both the run and the pass.  Expect them to use two early round picks here.
FS: Hall is never healthy and is not an impact player when he does play. Budda Baker would be a great fit and a steal in the second round
QB: This becomes the #1 need if they due indeed trade Cousins
