2016 NFL Draft Recap/New Depth Charts: REBUILDING TEAMS

Instead of doing pointless "draft grades" I just plugged in key draft picks to see how they fit on their new team

Here is my color code:

Has a good chance to be a starter by next season
Quality depth
Need not addressed in the draft
Key 2017 Unrestricted Free Agent

REBUILDING TEAMS

Vegas odds project them to win 7.5 games or less
All of these teams either have at least one of the following:
-A rookie QB
-A 2nd year QB
-A new Head Coach

NEEDS:
RB: The DeMarco Murray of 2014 that dominated the league in Dallas was not the same guy last year in Philly. It was just a bad fit and Eagles' management saw this and dealt him to Tennessee. They traded up with Miami to get to #8. Ezekiel Elliot could be the target there.
CB: With the addition of McLeod, the Eagles may have the best safety duo in the league, however they still need more help at corner.
LB Upgrades: The entire core is full of players that are average at best
Backup QB:  This Sam Bradford is solid when healthy, but a young backup is needed.

NEEDS:
Multiple DB's:  In a division with Cam Newton, Matt Ryan and Drew Brees you need to have multiple guys that can cover. As of now, they don't have a single above average player in their secondary.
Pass Rusher: Signing Ayers was a smart move but they need another guy to put pressure on the signal callers listed above.
O-Line: Recently retired Logan Mankins was their best lineman last year. Smith and Marpet both struggled as rookies. More depth and competition is needed.
WR: Evans is good, but Jackson is 33 and no other WR had more than 27 receptions in 2015.

NEEDS:
O-Line: They must protect franchise QB Marcus Mariota. Lewan and Warmack are good but the rest of the line needs work. They may want to draft a LT and move Lewan to RT.
CB: The current group is made up of several guys that would be #3 corners on most teams.
OLB/Pass Rusher: Casey is the best pass rusher on the team. They need a young player to generate a better pass rush from the outside.
ILB Depth: With all those picks, don't be surprised if the Titans take a risk and draft Jaylon Smith, It could pay off huge in the long run.
