OLB/Pass Rusher: Casey is the best pass rusher on the team. They need a young player to generate a better pass rush from the outside.
ILB Depth: With all those picks, don't be surprised if the Titans take a risk and draft Jaylon Smith, It could pay off huge in the long run.

DB Depth: Slay had a breakout year and proved he is one of the best corners in the league. Diggs was a pleasant surprise as a rookie and Quin is a reliable starter. However they have unproven guys at SS and CB.
