OT:  They signed Parnell, but the jury is still out on the #2 pick in the 2013 draft, Luke Joeckel
RB:  Robinson is solid but is not an evey down back and Gerhardt is nothing more than a short yardage back, they need a bell cow to help take the pressure off of Bortles. They claimed Bernard Pierce off of waivers, but he isn't the answer.
MLB:  Posluszny was the best player on the roster from 2011-2013 but he's past his prime, an young MLB is needed.
FS/DB Depth:  Josh Evans was terrible last year and Sergio Brown is a career backup.

#1 WR:  Luckily for the Raiders, they will have the chance to draft either Amari Cooper or Kevin White if they stay at #4
Pass Rush/DE:  Mack was a stud last year but he needs more help from the D-Line in getting to the opposing QB
OT:  Watson may not be the answer at RT, Penn is solid at LT but he's 32
