NFL DRAFT 2014: DAY 2 MOCK

Here is my post 1st round mock.  I have the needs that were filled in the 1st round highlighted.

SECOND ROUND

33. HOUSTON TEXANS-RA'SHADE HAGEMAN-DE/DT-MINNESOTA

The Texans wait till the 3rd to get their QB of the future. Instead they take the best player on the board and get a guy that can play any position on the D-Line in a 3-4
NEEDS: QB, PR, ILB, RT

34. WASHINGTON REDSKINS-MORGAN MOSES-OT-VIRGINIA 
The Redskins need to protect RG IIII. Moses is a NFL ready OT that can start day one at RT. 
Picks in first 3 rounds: 34, 66
NEEDS:  SS, RT/G, CB, ILB, #3 PR 
OFFENSIVE SCHEME: RUN/ZONE BLOCKING
DEFENSIVE SCHEME: REACTIVE 3-4 PRESS MAN

35. CLEVELAND BROWNS-MARQISE LEE-WR-USC
The Browns get a great WR to compliment a new QB. Lee is an absolute STEAL here
NEEDS: QB, #2 CB, #2 WR, ILB, Speed RB

36. OAKLAND RAIDERS-DEREK CARR-QB-FRESNO ST. 

The Raiders get the QB they wanted all along. 
NEEDS: QB, LT, DT, #1 WR, FS, LG, PR

37. ATLANTA FALCONS-DEMARCUS LAWRENCE-PR/OLB-BOISE 

The Falcons need a pass rusher and Lawrence provides solid value here.  If they draft Lawrence and Robinson, they will fill their two key needs. Atlanta looks like they are moving to a 3-4 this year so Lawrence would be a great fit as an OLB.
NEEDS:  LT, PR-OLB, TE, C 

38. TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS-JIMMY GAROPPOLO-QB-EASTERN ILLINOIS 

Tampa gets a solid developmental QB here. Josh McCown is 35
NEEDS: #2 WR, SLB, RG, QB

39. JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS-STEPHON TUITT-DT/DE-NOTRE DAME
The Jags get an INSIDE pass rusher that will have a great mentor in Red Bryant. Gus Bradley will know how to get the best out of this guy
NEEDS: PR, QB, RT, LG, #2 WR, Speed RB

40. SEATTLE SEAHAWKS (From trade DOWN last night with MIN)-TIMMY JERNIGAN-DT-FSU
Seattle is smart enough to take the best player in the board that can immediately help them defend the title. The Seahwaks are always willing to take chances on high risk but ultra talented players. 
NEEDS:  WR, RT, DT, RG

41. BUFFALO BILLS-KONY EALY-DE/PR-MISSOURI 
The Bills add a pass rusher to help out Mario Williams. Ealy provides good value here
Picks in first 3 rounds: 9, 41, 73
NEEDS: RT, TE, Both S Spots, LG, WR 

42. TENNESSEE TITANS-TRE MASON-RB-AUBURN 

The dude was the best RB in the nation last year.  He made the best defenses in the SEC look average and torched FSU in the title game as well.  He can start from day one and make Titans fans forget about the inconsistent Chris Johnson.
NEEDS:  CB, Speed RB, PR-OLB, QB, OT upgrade 

43. NEW YORK GIANTS-JOEL BITONIO-OT-NEVADA
A big man to protect Eli. 
NEEDS: DT, WLB, RT/G, RB, LDE, #2 WR 

44. ST. LOUIS RAMS-PHILLIP GAINES-CB-RICE

Jeff Fisher loves developing DB's
NEEDS: #1 WR, FS, RT, LCB, DT/3T upgrade

45. DETROIT LIONS-WESTON RICHBURG-C/G-COLORADO ST. 

The Lions current center, Dominic Raiola is 35 years old.  Richburg can start at LG right away and replace Raiola in the next 2-3 years
NEEDS:  DS, CB, LG, #3 WR or TE  

46. PITTSBURGH STEELERS-LOUIS NIX-NT/DT-NOTRE DAME
A big man in the middle for the Steelers 3-4 defense. Nix is too good to pass up here
NEEDS: CB, Big WR, young TE, ILB, DE 


47. DALLAS COWBOYS-SCOTT CRIGHTON-DE/PR

The Cowboys need a pass rusher. Crighton is a great fit for a 4-3.  
NEEDS: DT-3T, PR-DE, WLB, SS, RT/G upgrade 

48. BALTIMORE RAVENS-XAVIER SU'A FILO-G-UCLA

Ravens GM Ozzie Newsome will always looks to get the best player available.  
NEEDS:  RT, DS, ILB, DE, CB, C/G Depth, #3 WR

49. NEW YORK JETS-JACE AMARO-TE-TEXAS TECH

They went defense in the first, now time for a pass catcher in the 2nd 
NEEDS: #1 WR, CB, PR-OLB, TE, RG, FS

50. MIAMI DOLPHINS-LAMARCUS JOYNER-CB/SS-FSU

Joyner is a Miami native that can help at slot corner and maybe even play strong safety. The perfect guy to matchup with the Julian Edelman and Jeremy Kerley type WR's  
NEEDS:  RT, MLB, WLB, RG, Power RB, DB Depth 

51. CHICAGO BEARS-WILL SUTTON-DT-ARIZONA ST. 

The Bears helped the secondary in round 1, now it's time to get some help on the D-Line. Sutton has great size to be an ideal 3 technique in a Tampa 2
NEEDS: DS, DT-3T, CB

52. ARIZONA CARDINALS-KYLE VAN NOY-OLB/PR-BYU

The Cards could use another pass rusher. 
NEEDS: PR-OLB, SS, 3-4 DE, ILB, backup QB

53. GREEN BAY PACKERS-AUSTIN SEFARIAN JENKINS-TE-WASHINGTON

The Pack need a big TE to help Rodgers and company.  They will hope ASJ can have the same instant impact that last year's 2nd round pick Eddie Lacy had.
NEEDS: ILB, FS, TE, C, #3 WR

54. PHILADELPHIA EAGLES-CODY LATIMER-WR-INDIANA
Chip Kelly wants a big WR 
NEEDS:  CB, SS, Young PR, Big WR, OL Depth 

55. CINCINNATI BENGALS-ALLEN ROBINSON-WR-PENN ST. 

AJ Green can't do everything
NEEDS:  CB, RDE, SLB, C/G Depth, #3 WR

56. SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS-MARTAVIS BRYANT-WR-CLEMSON
San Francisco has had their eye on this guy
NEEDS:  Speed WR, Nickel Corner, PR Depth, NT, SS 

57. SAN DIEGO CHARGERS-DAVANTE ADAMS-WR-FRESNO ST. 
WR Keenan Allen could use a comliment. 
NEEDS:  CB, NT, ILB Depth, C/G Depth, Young TE, SS

58. NEW ORLEANS SAINTS-MARCUS MARTIN-C/G-USC

The Saints get a solid C/G to help Dre Brees

Best player on the board. San Fran can afford to take the health risk

The Patriots get a big back to replace Blount .  
NEEDS: DL, C/G, TE

Developing pass rusher with a high motor that can become great under the guidance of DeMarcus Ware and Von Miller.
