NFL 2nd and 3rd MOCK

With the first round in the books I will now try to attempt to project the 2nd and 3rd round.  This should be very interesting and very fun!!! SECOND ROUND 33. JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS-TANK CARRADINE-PR/LDE-FSU Great value here.  The Jags need a pass rusher.  They need a QB too, but next year's class is better.  Teddy Bridgewater or Johnny football in the top 5 of the 2014 draft 34. SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS-JESSE WILLIAMS-DT/NT-BAMA Filled need at safety in the first now they need to fill their other biggest need at nose tackle 35. PHILADELPHIA EAGLES-GENO SMITH-QB-WEST VIRGINIA  Easy choice as Michael Vick's eventual replacement 36. DETROIT LIONS-MANELIK WATSON-OT/RT-FSU Need to protect QB, good value here 37. CINCINNATI BENGALS-ARTHUR BROWN-ILB/WLB-KANSAS ST Incredible steal here 38. ARIZONA CARDINALS-MATT BARKLEY-QB-USC Can be groomed under fellow USC alum Carson Palmer 39 . NEW YORK JETS-RYAN NASSIB-QB-SYRACUSE Some real QB competition for Mark Sanchez,

MY FINAL MOCK DRAFT

  1. KANSAS CITY CHIEFS - ERIC FISHER-OT/LT-CENTRAL MICHIGAN  It is either going to be Eric Fisher or Luke Joeckel  protecting Alex Smith's blind side this year.  Fisher is a little more athletic and physical and will provide good holes for Jamal Charles and the KC running game Picks in first 3 rounds:  1, 63, 96 NEEDS: LT, 3-4 ILB, 3-4 DE  2. SAN DIEGO CHARGERS (Trade up with JAX for picks #11, #76 and a 2nd rounder next year)-LUKE JOECKEL-OT/LT-TEXAS A&M The Chargers need a left tackle to protect Phillip Rivers and the only way they can do this is if they trade up. Both teams have new GM's: Jags (David Caldwell) and Chargers (Tom Telesco) and they went to both high school and college together.  Could they pull off the biggest trade of the draft in their first seasons?  I sure hope so. Picks in first 3 rounds:  11, 45, 76 NEEDS:  WR, RT, RG, NT, DB Depth 3. OAKLAND RAIDERS-SHARIFF FLOYD-DT-FLORIDA Like Jacksonville, Oakland wants to trade down but may find it

NFL DRAFT-KEVIN ROBBINS' (AKA MY BRO IN LAW) MOCK DRAFT

Kansas City- Luke Joeckel-OT Jacksonville - Dion Jordan-PR/OLB/DE       Does Jacksonville have the biggest incentive to suck for Clowney? Oakland - Shariff Floyd-DT      Unless they make Al Davis proud and select Coradelle Patterson Philadelphia - Star Lotulelei-DT      Fits Philly’s new 3-4 Detroit - Eric Fisher-OT   To keep Stafford upright Cleveland - Ziggy Ansah-PR/DE   Draft his upside here. Arizona - Lane Johnson-OT Buffalo - Barkevious Minto-PR/LOB/DE      Value here to put on other side of Mario. Maybe I just don’t want him to be there for Jets. New York Jets - Dee Milner-CB   Just a cheaper injury risk Tennessee - Jonathan Cooper-G        Could make Pro Bowl as a rookie. Too athletic San Diego - Chance Warmack-G       Anything possible to keep Ryan Matthews healthy Miami - Xavier Rhodes-CB      Lost S. Smith. Grimes can mentor him. New York Jets - Tyler Eifert-TE   It’s not like Sanchez can throw downfield. Take him to fill Keller role.

NFL MOCK DRAFT 2.0-The Mr Matt, Donnie and Tommy mock draft

This is the mock that I did with two of my good friends a fellow draft lovers.  We rotated the picks between the three of us and no one was allowed to pick for their favorite team.  I like the Jags, Donnie is a Dolphins fan and Tommy loves the Pack So here it is: FIRST ROUND Tommy  1. KANSAS CITY CHIEFS - LUKE JOECKEL-OT/LT-TEXAS A&M  Because everyone else has him going there. Donnie  2 . JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS-DION JORDAN-PR/OLB/DE-OREGON  Jacksonville needs that hybrid OLB/DE pass rusher that can cover too Matt  3. OAKLAND RAIDERS-SHARIFF FLOYD-DT-FLORIDA Best player available, the Raiders need everything Tommy 4. PHILADELPHIA EAGLES-STAR LOTULELEI-DT/LT-UTAH  To fuck things up.  Plus I don't wanna go chalk, screw Eric Fisher Donnie 5. DETROIT LIONS-ERIC FISHER-OT-CENTRAL MICHIGAN Thank you Philly for being stupid. Matt 6. CLEVELAND BROWNS-BARKEVIOUS MINGO -PR/OLB-LSU This is a reach, but they need a pass rusher.  Plus this screws the Jets who also ne

NFL MOCK DRAFT WITH PROJECTED TRADES-1st ROUND

1. KANSAS CITY CHIEFS - LUKE JOECKEL-OT/LT-TEXAS A&M  It is either going to be Joeckel or Eric Fisher protecting Alex Smith's blind side this year. Picks in first 3 rounds:  1, 63, 96 NEEDS: LT, 3-4 ILB, 3-4 DE   2 . JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS-DION JORDAN-PR/OLB/DE-OREGON  As a fan I want them to take Shariff Floydm but all indications are that the Jags go with the long and athletic hybid DE/OLB.  I trust Gus Bradley will know how to use him.  Ideally the Jags want to trade down to get more picks. Picks in first 3 rounds: 2. 33, 64 NEEDS: PR, QB, DT, CB, SS, pretty much everything except a RB and LT 3. OAKLAND RAIDERS-SHARIFF FLOYD-DT-FLORIDA Like Jacksonville, Oakland wants to trade down but may find it hard to find someone to bite on the trade bait.  Floyd will be a slam dunk of a pick here.  He has drawn comparisons to both Warren Sapp and JJ Watt. Picks in first 3 rounds: 3, 66 NEEDS: QB, PR, DT, pretty much everything other than a LT  4. PHILADELPHIA EAGLES-ERI
