1. KAWHI LEONARD-TORONTO RAPTORS
SF #1
6-8/250
AGE: 27

Games played/minutes per game in 2019: 82/
STATS in 2018: 26.6 PPG, 7.8 APG, 1.8.SPG
Possible Destinations: Re sign with TOR, LAC
Market Value:
Superstar Max Deal with 7-9 years of service 30% of the cap
In his first season with the Raptors, Kawhi was able to lead them to the title. He has established himself along with Kevin Durant and LeBron James as the best players on the planet. The Raptors can offer him the most money and obviously have the best team to win a title. We have never seen a superstar leave a team in free agency the same year after winning a title. I doubt Kawhi leaves but it wouldn't be a shock.
2. KEVIN DURANT-GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS
SF #2
6-10/240
AGE: 31 in September

Possible Destinations: BRK, NYK, LAC, Re-sign with GS
Market Value:
Superstar Max Deal with 10+ years of service 35% of the cap
Durant will miss most of the 2019-2020 season. This won't matter to many teams as he is the type of superstar that one can wait a year for. It might even be smart for a team like Brooklyn or the Knicks to sign him and have him sit out the entire season and then compete for a title in 2020.

Market Value:

Butler is one of the toughest and most versatile players in the NBA. He will have a long list of teams that want him as the #2 scoring option and he will be the fall back option on the teams that miss out on Kawhi and KD.
4. KYRIE IRVING-BOSTON CELTICS
PG
6-2/193
AGE: 27

GP/MPG in 2019: 68/34.2
STATS: 26.4 PPG 6.8 RPG, 5.4 APG
Possible Destinations: Brooklyn is almost a forgone conclusion
Market Value:
Max Deal with 7-9 years of service, 30% of the cap
Kyrie has proven himself as an unstoppable scorer and a solid creator. He has shown he can be the #2 option on a championship team. However, he has struggled when asked to be the sole star on a team. He forced his way off the Cavs and didn't mesh well with the Celtics talented buy young roster.
5. KEMBA WALKER-CHARLOTTE HORNETS
PG
6-1/190
AGE: 29
Awards: 1x All NBA, 3x All Star

Possible Destinations: Re-sign with CHR, DAL, NYK, BOS, LAL
Market Value:
Max Deal with 7-9 years of service, 30% of the cap
The saying "The best ability is availability" truly applies to Kemba. Unlike Kyrie and Jimmy, he has been the model of health as he has only missed a TOTAL of 6 games the past 4 seasons. He had his best year in 2019 as he made his first All NBA team and finished 10th in the league in scoring. He has proven he can lead a franchise to the playoffs. The Hornets will need to break the bank to keep him in Charlotte.
6. KLAY THOMPSON-GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS
SG
6-7/215

GP/MPG in 2019: 78/34.0

Possible Destinations: Re-sign with GS, hard to see him leaving
Market Value:
Max Deal with 7-9 years of service, 30% of the cap
Klay has established himself as the best catch and shoot player in the league. He is also a great defender. He has never played anywhere other than Golden State. If KD leaves, the Warriors need to make sure they do EVERYTHING (give him a MAX contract) to keep him in the Bay Area.
Tier 2: Under 30 near Max Guys

7. D'ANGELO RUSSELL-BROOKLYN NETS

STATS: 21.1 PPG, 7.0 APG, 36.9 3PT%
Possible Destinations: Re-sign with BRK, DAL, IND, PHX, CHI, MIN
Market Value:
Max Deal with 1-6 years of service, 25% of the cap
Russell had a breakout 4th year after being a solid player in years 1-3. He is in a very weird place as he could have his restricted status renounced if the Nets sign Kyrie Irving. Russell will have a long list of suitors.
8. TOBIAS HARRIS-PHILADELPHIA 76ERS
CF/PF (2-5)
6-9/235
AGE: 29
GP/MPG in 2019: 82/34.7
STATS: 20.0 PPG, 7.9 RPG, 39.7 3PT%
Possible Destinations: Re-sign with Philly, BRK, DAL, LAL, NYK
Market Value:
Seeking Near Max Deal, should be able to get at least 25 million from someone
Harris had a breakout year and the expectations are he is going to get a Max deal from someone. His skill set fits today's NBA with his ability to shoot the 3, score, rebound and guard multiple positions. However, it may be a risk to give money to a player that has been on 5 teams in his 8 years in the league. This situation seems very similar to past free agents such as Chandler Parsons and Wes Mathews.
9. KHRIS MIDDLETON-MILWAUKEE BUCKS
SF (5-8)
6-8/222
AGE: 28
Awards: 1x All Star
GP/MPG in 2019: 77/31.1

Possible Destinations: Re-sign with MIL, LAL, DAL, LAC
Market Value:
Seeking Near Max Deal, should be able to get at least 25 million from someone
Like Harris, Middleton had a breakout year earning a trip to his first All Star game. His scoring numbers went down slightly, but he improved his efficiency, defense, assists and rebounding. He was the clear cut 2nd best player on the team that finished with the best record in the NBA. The Bucks need to keep him if they want to stay in contention. The Lakers would make a lot of sense too. He'd be the perfect #3 alongside LeBron and AD.
10. NIKOLA VUCEVIC-ORLANDO MAGIC
C (1-4)
7-0/260
AGE: 28
Awards: 1x All Star
GP/MPG in 2018: 80/31.4

Possible Destinations: Re-sign with ORL, LAL, DAL, LAC
Market Value:
Seeking Max Deal with 1-6 years of service, 25% of the cap
The Magic must decide if they want to pay Vucevic the Max. They could keep him and stay as a borderline playoff team or they could decide to rebuild around the young frontcourt guys they have drafted in Jonathan Issac and Mo Bamba. At 28, Vucevic is still young compared to the other centers on the open market.
11. KRISTAPS PORZINGAS-DALLAS MAVERICKS
(RESTRICTED)
C/PF (1-4)
7-3/240
AGE: 24
Awards: 1x All Star

STATS: 22.7 PPG, 2.4 BPG, 39.7 3PT% (in 17-18)
Possible Destinations: Re-sign with DAL if they offer Max
Market Value:
Seeking Max Deal with 1-6 years of service, 25% of the cap
Dallas traded for Porzingas pretty much knowing they will need to pay near the Max to keep him. When healthy, he is a matchup nightmare with his size and ability to score on the outsude. He is also a great shot blocker but he is a very poor rebounder for his size and has major injury red flags at such a young age.
12. DEMARCUS COUSINS-GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS
C (1-4, when healthy)
6-11/265
AGE: 28

STATS: 25.1 PPG 11.2 RPG, 4.2 APG (4 year AVG)
Possible Destinations: DAL, LAC, LAL, BRK, NYK, IND, BOS
Market Value:
Superstar Max Deal with 7-9 years of service, 30% of the cap, but no one should give him the full five years with his injury history
Like Porzingas, Cousins is a great big man when healthy. Unlike Porzingas, Cousins' current team doesn't have Max money to keep him. His market will be intriguing as not all team value an offense first old school back to the basket center. His size and production are unquestioned though. He may need to take another short term "prove it" deal this summer.
13. JULIUS RANDLE-NEW ORLEANS PELICANS
PF (8-12)
6-9/250
AGE: 24
Possible Destinations: NYK, PHX, CHI, BRK
Market Value:
WANTS Max Deal with under 6 years of service, 25% of the cap, is worth about 18-20 million realistically
Randle broke out last season averaging career highs in every important statistical category. He is a great low post scorer that has improved his mid range game. At only 24 years old, even rebuilding teams could be in search of a player like him.

GP/MPG in 2018: 68/29.0
STATS: 13.6 PPG, 6.7 RPG, 4.2 APG
Possible Destinations: DAL, LAC, BRK, LAL, Re-sign with BOS,
One of the best and most underrated players in the game for the past decade. Horford is a five time All-Star that is a great passer and shoots at a high percentage. He passed up 30 million this year in hopes of one more long term major deal.
15. MARC GASOL-TORONTO RAPTORS
C (5-10)
7-1/265
AGE: 34

GP/MPG in 2018: 79/30.8
STATS: 13.6 PPG, 7.9 RPG, 4.4 APG
Possible Destinations: Re-sign with TOR
One could make the argument that Gasol is every bit as valuable to a contender as Horford. However, every free agent ranking has Horford at least a few spots ahead of Gasol. He should still be in high demand despite his age and lack of athleticism. He can still stretch a defense as well as any big in the game.
UPDATE: Gasol will exercise 25.6 million player option and stay with Toronto
17. PAUL MILLSAP-DENVER NUGGETS
PF (6-12)
6-8/246

GP/MPG in 2018: 70/27.1
STATS: 12.6 PPG, 7.2 RPG, 4.4 APG
Possible Destinations: Re-sign with DEN
Millsap is still one of the most underrated players in the league. He can score from almost anywhere on the floor and is a solid rebounder as well. It will be interesting to see how much he is still worth at age 34.
19. BROOK LOPEZ-MILWAUKEE BUCKS
C (5-10)

AGE: 31

GP/MPG in 2018: 81/28.7
STATS: 12.5 PPG, 4.9 RPG, 36.5 3PT%
Possible Destinations: Re-sign with MIL, LAL, BOS, NOP
Lopez is basically a lesser but younger version of Gasol mixed with an older version of Porzingas. Lopez is a big man that can really shoot but is a horrible rebounder. He is solid rim protector and can guard other true centers.
21. DEANDRE JORDAN-NEW YORK KNICKS
C (5-10)
6-11/265
AGE: 31

GP/MPG (3 year AVG): 76.0/31.1
STATS: 11.0 PPG, 13.0 RPG, 1.1 APG
Possible Destinations: DAL, LAL, BRK, BOS, Re-sign with NYK
The staple of durability, Jordan missed more than 5 games for the first time in his career. He is as good on the glass as anyone in the league and can finish around the rim. He has never won a title, so will he take a Mid Level Exception or Vet Minimum to help a contender?
Tier 4: High End Role Playing Starters

GP/MPG in 2019: 81/31.8
STATS: 18.0 PPG, 4.1 RPG, 42.5 3PT%
Possible Destinations: Re-sign with IND, DAL, LAL, BOS
Market Value:
Good starting small forward, somewhere between Joe Ingles' 4 year/52 million and Evan Turner's 4 year/70 million, between 13 and 17.5 million per year
Bojan was great down the stretch for the Pacers stepping up as the go to scorer once Victor Oladipo was injured. The Pacers may need to pay at least 18 million per year to keep him.
18. MALCOLM BROGDON-MILWAUKEE BUCKS
(RESTRICTED)
CG/SG (5-10)

STATS: 15.6 PPG, 4.6 RPG, 3.2 APG, 42.6 3PT%,
Possible Destinations: Re-sign with MIL, DAL, CHI, Philly
Market Value:
Good starting shooting guard, somewhere between Wes Matthew's 4 year/70 million and Victor Oladipo's 4 year/85 million, between 17.5 and 21 million per year
As a restricted free agent, the Bucks can match any offer for Brogdon. However, with both Middleton and Lopez hitting free agency, the Bucks have some major decisions to make. Brogdon is a great deep ball shooter and very good defender. His size and skill set allow him to play both guard spots. Some team may overpay forcing the Bucks to go way over the cap to keep him.
20. HARRISON BARNES-SACRAMENTO KINGS
SF (5-10)
6-8/225
AGE: 27

GP/MPG in 2019: 77/32.9

Possible Destinations: Re-sign with SAC
Market Value:
Good starting small forward, somewhere between Joe Ingles' 4 year/52 million and Evan Turner's 4 year/70 million, between 13 and 17.5 million per year
Barnes' scoring numbers went down once he was traded to Sacramento, but his efficiency and rebounding were improved. He seemed to fit well and would be guaranteed to start at small forward if he stays there. Still only 27, Barnes is a valued commodity as a spot up shooter that can guard three positions. He really is only a step down from Tobias Harris that should come at about 60% of the price of Harris.
22. JJ REDICK-PHILADELPHIA 76ERS

Possible Destinations: Re-sign with Philly, LAL, BRK
Market Value:
Over 30 role playing wing, should command the Full Mid Level Exception at minumum, 14 million per year Maximum
Redick is still one of the best shooters in the league. All of the contenders will be calling for his services. Will he take less than market value to try to win a title as he enters his 14th NBA season.

Great 3 point shooter and defender with a high IQ and a team attitude. He can fit on pretty much any roster in the league. Green is likely to follow Kawhi in free agency.

AGE: 33 in August
GP/MPG in 2019: 69/26.7
STATS: 13.7 PPG, 6.8 RPG, 40.2 3PT%

SF
6-8/215
AGE: 33
GP/MPG in 2019: 69/34.7
STATS: 12.5 PPG, 5.4 RPG, 3.7 APG
Ariza doesn't seem to age, he still brings the same energy and plays minutes of a player 10 years younger. He can help any contender needing a wing off the bench.
42. WESLEY MATTHEWS-INDIANA PACERS

6-5/220
AGE: 32
GP/MPG in 2019: 69/30.3
STATS: 12.9 PPG, 2.8 RPG, 36.9 3PT%
Like Ariza, Matthews is still a good 3 and D wing that plays with good energy for an older player.
