And then there was one. Kentucky is now the only team in the country that hasn't lost a game. They are easily number one in the Power Rankings for this week. That is sure to make die hard Kentucky fan Ashley Judd (top picture) very happy.

Comments:
-Despite losing two games I couldn't drop Texas any lower than #5. A spot ahead of Michigan St. who they beat earlier in the year.
-Kansas St. blew a chance to get into the top 5 with their loss to OK St. on Saturday, just 5 days after upsetting then #1 Texas.
-I still don't think BYU is getting the credit they deserve after becoming the first team in the country with 20 wins. -I think Vandy might be the best team in the country that no one is talking about. It wouldn't surprise me at all if they went into Tennessee and won on Wednesday night. However it would shock me if they won at Kentucky on Saturday.

Butler is far from "Hoosiers"

A small school from Indiana goes for the title against a well-known powerhouse. That's where the comparison ends between this year's Butler team and fictional Hickory High School in the movie Hoosiers. Butler coach Brad Stevens is not old school coach Norman Dale played by Gene Hackman. Stevens is only 33 years old and is one of the best young coaches in college basketball today. This Butler team is good. Very very good. They have won 25 straight games and haven't lost in the 2010 calendar year. They have a record of 33-4. The Bulldogs are far from underdogs. Just ask any team in the Horizon League. They can beat the big boys too. In fact, if they beat Duke tonight, they will have a win against a team from every BCS Conference except the SEC (they didn't play any teams from the SEC this year).
