First Round 1. CLEVELAND BROWNS (1-15) MITCHELL TRUBISKY-QB-UNC 6-2/222 MENTOR HIGH SCHOOL MENTOR, OH NFL Comparison: Andy Dalton/Ryan Tannehill The Browns take the local hero that won Mr. Football in Ohio. He is a die hard Browns fan and would love to help turn around a dreadful franchise in Cleveland. Doesn't that sound familiar? It will be nearly impossible for Trubisky to have a LeBron James like impact on the city, however Browns fans will be happy if he helps make them competitive. After all they haven't had a franchise QB since Bernie Kosar who started in Cleveland before Trubisky was born. This move will be heavily criticized. However, the fact is the Browns NEED a franchise QB and if they feel Trubisky is the guy, then they should take him. At #12 they will then be in an ideal position to take a pass rusher like Derek Barnett or Charles Harris. They could also get a premier pass catcher like OJ Howard or Mike Williams as well. 2.
